The location was very convenient, with a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. the room was also well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. the view from the balcony was stunning.
The hotel was disappointing in several ways. the laundry room was too small for the amount of guests, resulting in long queues.

The hotel's location is convenient with a number of good restaurants and a supermarket near it. the room and bathroom were clean and spacious with a view of the surrounding mountains. the staff was very professional and attentive to our needs.
There was a lack of variety in the hotel's breakfast options.

We loved the stunning nature views from our balcony, and the convenient location near a supermarket, bakery, and coffee shop. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided us with free car cable tickets. The hotel apartment was fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer in the basement.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The staff, especially Michaela, were incredibly kind and professional, making us feel right at home. Great Location and Beautiful Nature, but that's about it. The apartment was equipped with a washing machine and dryer, which was helpful.
The rooms were extremely dirty and the staff were unpleasant. The check-in process took an extremely long time and the customer service was subpar.
